So I was on the Playstation forums and someone made a post that went something like this:

“I don’t think it’s fair that people who get the Collector’s Edition get the bonus skin. What about the people who buy the normal edition.”

HOLY SHIT, it’s a fucking bonus skin as an EXTRA item. I am paying 20 dollars more for the CE and I SHOULD be getting more. I don’t know what kind of logic this guy has, but apperently people actually agreed with him! With that, I could say that I should get the same features of a Dodge Viper when I buy some shitty Neon. It’s just not happening.

Hell, that’s what bonuses are for, to get you to buy something. If you want the skin, buy the fucking CE.

About a month ago I posted something a blog “Stupidity” about some pickup driver going the wrong way on the highway. http://showmeyourrage.com/2008/09/stupidity/ Here we are, about a month later and it fucking happened again.

“One person is in serious condition and five people sustained minor injuries in a two-car collision that closed Hwy. 403 from Hurontario St. to Hwy. 410 for hours.
The accident occurred at 3:08 a.m. Sunday in the westbound lane of the highway. A Toyota Camry travelling east in the westbound lane collided with a Volvo with six occupants.
The driver of the Camry was not injured but was arrested at the scene for impaired driving.”

Now, let’s compare this to the old one.

“A pickup truck and a car collided in the westbound collectors lanes around 4:45am, according to authorities, who are trying to determine which one of the vehicles was going the wrong way on the thoroughfare.”

What is totally awesome about this is the similarities:

Both happened on the 403
Both were because of drunk driving
Both had a Toyota
Both were within 2 hours apart

What shocks me is the fact that the Volvo had 6 people in it. It better have been a minivan or something, because as far as I am aware, a sedan can hold five people.

So a lot people I know are going to go see something called Nuit Blanche. It has something to do with buildings getting lit up in Toronto with some “artistic” images. As someone who is in the art field I should be interested in this, however this is not the case.

Toronto, is a beautiful city at night, the lights alone are quit appealing and Yonge-Dundas Square looks amazing at night. So here comes this art festival and people run straight to it for some reason. Some of them are probably going to get high and go see it. Some of them classify themselves as artists, so they have to go in order to get inspired.

“Oh shit, the light’s have been rearranged in the form of an eye, that’s fucking beautiful.” Fuck installation art, fuck modern art. It seems that even the biggest retard in the world can make something that everyone can enjoy. You can even add some bullshit description about it so it could be about racism. For example:

In school we had to do a art installation piece so some of my classmates decided to do a bunch of squares, circles, and triangles. When the time came to write a description they were confused. They just did it because it looks cool. I gave them the first thing that came into my head “it shows how everyone can live together, it doesn’t matter of their gender, race, or religion.” What came out of it? They got a good mark! For absolute bullshit.

Art will always be something about opinion, then there are going to be the people who are old fashioned and walk around in a museum saying “indeed.” However there’s going to be these new wave artists who think it’s artistic to throw a brush onto a canvas. I never classify any of the work I do as art, I just classify it was work.
