You probably have watched Batman: Dark Knight once or maybe even twice. You are probably aware of the quote “Why so serious?” I am tired of seeing this everywhere, this was not so good of a line anyways. The movie had countless of other brilliant lines such as “it’s simple, kill, the Batman.” Dispite the fact that on the internet, the second line exploded, the first line is very popular with those who watched the movie don’t know a thing about the internet.

I have lately been out a lot and I have seen people wearing that shirt and it’s quite stupid. You are not funny for wearing something like that. Nor are you giving money to the dead Joker. Why so serious? I will tell you why, because that line fucking sucks.

Speaking of the dead Joker, why the hell do people think that he did just a good role in the movie. Most people can’t say he did a bad job because they are reminded of his death and then feel bad about it. Notice how sales of music/movies go up when the main character or musician die? Hell, you are not supporting them anymore, buying movies that the person starred in does not subsititute honoring their death and going to their funeral.

Another point is people who think Dark Knight is the best movie ever made. Hell, it was a good movie but it isn’t the best movie ever. While it’s fresh in your memory so you might remember it nicely. Rewatch some of the older “best movies ever” such as Starwars or Shawshank Redemption and you will change your mind about Dark Knight. While it might be the best movie of the year, it’s not the greatest movie of all time and it will never be.
