The other day I went to the mall to get a new pair of jeans as my current ones are starting to become torn and ripped. I’d be looking through the selection. Half of them are loose and relaxed, basically it means that they are baggy, something I am not too fond of. So I’d be looking into the regular and tight fit ones and there is a huge problem with these: they come with holes. I’ve never understood why people would pay $80 dollars for pants that are already damaged. Like hell, if you want a “worn” look then you can do it yourself, all you need is some scissors.

I was told that these torn jeans are “vintage,” bullshit. I’d admit it, I’m a sucker for vintage clothing, in my opinion it looks awesome. But there is a difference between the clothing looking old and being damaged. I eventually did find a good pair of jeans. But I had to shuffle through a bunch to find them.
