A while back ago I spoke about hybrid cards and recyclable Macs. It’s time to return to return to the topic of greenfags.

So in Toronto most stores now charge 5 cents if you want a plastic bag. This is supposed to stop people from buying the plastic bags and instead buy the 50 cent recyclable bag. I personally think this is a joke. When I go to a store I won’t walk around with an empty bag  just because I might buy something. And if I do, I’d rather pay 5 cents than carry around a bag. Say I go to Best Buy and buy a DVD and it costs 15.20 after taxes. I am paying with a 20 dollar bill, a 5 cent fee won’t make me second guess getting a bag. I’ve seen some people carry these recyclable bags to grocery stores and I have no idea how they fit all their food in there, I would need like 3 of them. Another thing is you can just reuse the plastic bags if you are really that cheap.

Speaking of recycling, how come so many electronics suddenly became so eco friendly. “Oh you can recycle this cellphone after you are done with it.” Fuck, why pay the extra money just to recycle it when you don’t even have to throw it out. Done with your old cellphone? Give it to your parents or friends, you don’t have to throw it out.

Next up the government of Ontario recently announced that they are offering hybrid car buyers a $10,000 rebate. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? We are currently in a recession and the government has money to spend on this crap?

Now, apparently I am evil because I don’t bus to work or school and I take my car and I don’t carpool. Fuck you, it is inconvenient for me to take a bus. It would take me forever to get to school in a bus, so a car is much faster. Now the subway is a great way to travel because you are never stuck in traffic, but the subway is not everywhere. Also I don’t carpool because  no one in my area goes to the same place as me. If it’s convenient for you to carpool then you fucking do it, but it’s not for me so don’t force me to.

The final topic I am going to cover is something I read on some green website. According to some universities, birth control pills have some negative effect on fish! Yes, apparently the birth control pills women take winds up in our lakes after women piss it out. This estrogen then effects the fish by “feminizing” them. One person discovered that there were eggs inside the male fish. Fucking bullshit, if I start taking birth control pills I won’t magically grow ovaries and start bleeding every month. One team spent 2 years spiking the lake with estrogen, this was their proof. Excuse me, it wasn’t the birth control pills that did released estrogen, YOU SPIKED IT YOURSELF! THAT’S YOUR FUCKING STUDY? Where’s the control? No where in the article did it mention that the estrogen actually comes from birth control. The same article mentioned that “there are other foods that contain estrogen.” Yeah faggots, really good experiments.
